The seminars will be prepared, organized and facilitated by an experienced and caring consultant whose sole objective is to foster the emergence of new offers and new strategies.
The seminar format is suitable for groups of 3 to 8 people.
The seminar fee includes space rental, meals, and the consultant.
We also have the possibility to accommodate the participants the day before the seminar.
The first seminar defines the roadmap and the associated KPIs to ensure that the seminars are sustainable and adaptable to a constantly changing world.

The objective of this seminar is to make a review of the company's strategy by the main actors in order to verify its coherence, but also the impacts on the organization and the missions assigned to each actor.
The role of the consultant is to encourage debate and to be a knowledgeable contrarian.
